Kocolicious Chocolates

A fun place for me to talk about the experiences with chocolate and making different kinds of treats. This week had a lot of fun making a bonbon with three different chocolates. The outer shell is dark chocolate with a milk chocolate caramel ganache and capped with milk chocolate. Also tried my first strawberry curry filling which turned out amazing.
